What Is Covered

WynneCurtains warrants to the original purchaser that your custom curtains will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own them. If a covered defect arises, WynneCurtains will, at its option, repair or replace the defective curtain panel(s) or component(s).

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to damages or issues caused by factors outside of manufacturing defects. These include:

• Normal wear and tear, including gradual fading from sunlight or natural aging of fabric.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, negligence, water exposure, fire, insects, pets, or chemicals.
• Any alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than WynneCurtains or an authorized technician.
• Damage resulting from customer modification or custom alterations outside our standard process.
• Shipping fees, handling costs, return freight, or import duties.
• Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

How to Request Warranty Service

To request service under this warranty, please contact our support team at support@wynnecurtains.com and include:

• Your order number and purchase date.
• Clear photos showing the defect (full curtain panel + close-up images).
• A brief description of the issue and when it was discovered.

After reviewing your request, our team will provide instructions for repair or replacement. If a return is required, details will be provided in our response.

• WynneCurtains reserves the right to inspect or request the return of any item for validation.
• Replacement items may vary slightly in color, texture, or hardware due to fabric dye variations or material availability.
