Where We Ship From

WynneCurtains is operated by Phoenix Song Limited, registered in Hong Kong. Custom curtains and curtain hardware are produced or fulfilled from our facility in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong, and shipped directly to customers worldwide, including the United States.

Fabric swatch orders are fulfilled from our United States location. Each swatch is $0.99 USD. Swatches may arrive separately from curtain or hardware orders because they ship from a different fulfillment location.

Production Time

Most custom orders require 5–10 business days for production after order confirmation and payment. Complex orders or peak seasons may take longer; we will notify you if there is a delay.

Delivery Time

After production, typical transit times are:

United States: 7–12 business days
Other countries: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays may affect arrival.

Delivery information for fabric swatch orders is provided at checkout and in the order or shipping confirmation. The $0.99 swatch price does not include shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and dimensions. Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be clearly stated on the website at the time of purchase.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available from the carrier).

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.
